    Celine Le Cotonnec is Chief Data Innovation Officer for Bank of Singapore, the private bank of OCBC Group, leading the activities of data strategy and innovation Center of Excellence.

    She was previously heading data and innovation team within AXA Insurance Singapore, leading the teams on data analytics, management, architecture and BI as well as running data science projects & setting up partnerships with startups, fintech, and other data companies.

    Prior to AXA, Celine was Head of Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for PSA Peugeot Citroen Asian Direction in Shanghai where her mission was to define innovative User experience while developing new business models on connected cars data.

    Celine spent the past 17 years in Asia working in the field of data and innovation. In 2008, she founded Shanghai Young Bakers, an innovative charity program which provides a one-year fully sponsored training to underprivileged Chinese youths.

    She graduated from an International Business Master Degree from EM Lyon business School/Sun Yat sen University in Guangzhou as well as an Executive MBA of the European Institute of Purchasing Management.

    Frank actively contributes to professional communities. He currently sits on the board of IHRP (Institute for Human Resource Professionals), is a council member of the Singapore NIC (National Integration Council), and a member of the Corporate Member Engagement Committee of SID (Singapore Institute of Directors).

    Cindy is the SVP and Country Manager of Adecco Singapore, as well as the SVP Finance for China of The Adecco Group. She oversees Singapore's country operations, driving commercial, operational, and financial success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

    Since joining The Adecco Group in March 2021 as SVP of Finance APAC, Cindy has been a key member of the APAC Senior Leadership Team. She brings extensive experience from her previous leadership roles in finance, HR, and operations within multinational FMCG companies, demonstrating a strong track record in leading diverse and high-impact teams.

    Vice President of Singapore Assembly and Test Operations, Micron Technology

    Gianpaolo Mettifogo is currently the Vice President of Singapore Assembly and Test Operations of Micron Technology. Mr. Gianpaolo is responsible for aligning Micron¡¯s goal, strategy and leadership for Micron Singapore Backend (MSB).

    Mr. Gianpaolo began his career with MEMC Italy as a Process Engineer in 1995. He moved to MEMC Japan in 2000 where he assumed roles of increasing responsibilities across different functions, from R&D to Process Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, eventually being appointed as President of MEMC Korea/Japan, where he led their new 300mm line start up. In 2011, he relocated to Malaysia to lead SunEdison Semiconductor Ipoh (formerly MEMC) in ramping the pilot line to mass production. He then honed his HR knowledge as the Senior Director for HR Global Operations in SunEdison before joining Micron in 2017.

    After joining Micron, Mr. Gianpaolo led the Outsource Assembly and Test (OSAT) sub-contractor team as Senior Director and was responsible for leading Micron OSAT subcontractor partnership and developing strategic OSAT business plans. Subsequently, Mr. Gianpaolo took on the responsibility as MSB

    Managing Director in 2019 and has been leading the MSB assembly and test team to drive excellence in operation and quality products for assembly, test and module/SSD.

    Assistant Chief Executive, 老虎机游戏ation Support Group, Workforce Singapore (WSG)

    Mr Brandon Lee started his career with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in 1992. In 2009, Mr Lee was seconded to the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) as Director (Resource Division) where he helped formulate and implement industrial land and manpower policies. Mr Lee was appointed Deputy Chief Executive of the Council for Private Education in August 2011 and subsequently as its Chief Executive in January 2013. After the Council was restructured as the Committee for Private Education under SkillsFuture Singapore in October 2016, Mr Lee continued to helm the group as its Director-老虎机游戏 (Private Education). In February 2018, Mr Lee took on the concurrent appointment of Group Director (Regulation, Fraud & Enforcement) under SkillsFuture Singapore. He subsequently joined Workforce Singapore (WSG) in June 2019 and is currently Assistant Chief Executive, 老虎机游戏ation Support Group.
