About this workshop
Now that you understand design thinking and how the design process works, it’s time to explore one of the most popular sectors of human centered design and UX, user research.
This free, 2-hour class is the perfect place to get your feet wet. From understanding where user research fits into the UX design process, to formulating questions and conducting user interviews, to defining the needs and behaviors of your target audience using empathy maps, you’ll learn how to use unbiased interview methods to get into your user's head and ensure you’re designing products that they actually need.
