    About this event

    Originally designed for software development, Scrum is becoming one of the most popular ways to organize a project today. Join us for this class with the Boston Public Library, where we'll define Agile and Scrum and explore the rise of Agile and how Scrum fits within the Agile principles. Using real world examples and a practice exercise, we'll then review how Scrum works and what makes Scrum so powerful for delivering higher quality products in much less time and with happier teams. This workshop is a great introduction to Scrum and how to apply Scrum methods to your project to get better results!
